A FENCE PERMIT is always needed when putting up a new fence

A DUMPSTER PERMIT is needed for putting dumpsters on the road only.

SWIMMING POOLS over 24 inches high must have a Zoning & Building Permit.

Any STRUCTURAL changes on the outside of a home need to have a Building Permit.

Any Commercial work ALWAYS needs a permit.

A SIGN PERMIT is need to erect any sign.
